2023 Summer Team Building Album I An Unforgetable Trip

To further enhance corporate culture, create a harmonious and inclusive workplace atmosphere, invigorate employee enthusiasm, strengthen team cohesion, and increase employee happiness and sense of belonging, ActionAIR organized the "Enjoy Life, Shine Bright" 2023 Employee Travel and Team Building Event from June 11 to 20. The event included a three-day round-trip tour to Chengdu for all employees, allowing them to take a break from work, relax, and enjoy traveling, truly achieving the balance of happy living and happy working!

In this city of June, our steps slowly ventured towards the distance. Over 120 colleagues were divided into two groups, traveling in turns from across the country, boarding flights to Chengdu, the land of abundance. We embarked on a three-day "leisure tour," visiting landmarks such as the Leshan Giant Buddha, Mount Emei, Jinli Ancient Street, Kuan Zhai Alley, and Chunxi Road...

When talking about Sichuan, one can't help but think of the folk customs of Western Sichuan, the historical legacy of the Three Kingdoms, and the profound culture of Bashu. This region has long been renowned as the "Land of Abundance."

Upon arriving in Sichuan, the team promptly headed to the Leshan Giant Buddha, visiting Lingyun Temple, one of China's three ancient millennium temples. At the destination, everyone began exploring freely. Some marveled at the grandeur of the Leshan Giant Buddha and experienced the challenge of the "Shu Road being as difficult as ascending to the heavens." Others wandered among the mountain stone carvings of Buddha, reflecting on their inner selves. Some climbed to enjoy a panoramic view of the mountains and admired the full grandeur of the Buddha from the viewing platform, experiencing the magnificent aura of the Buddha overseeing the three rivers. By the end of the day, everyone was filled with satisfaction. Despite the tight schedule, the enthusiasm for the trip remained undiminished. This long-awaited journey allowed the team to immerse themselves in natural beauty and fully relax.

Early the next morning, the team, fully prepared, arrived at Mount Emei at an elevation of 3,099 meters to experience the natural scenery of "one mountain with four seasons and ten miles with different weather." They embraced the essence of Zhao Puchu's poetry, "Let the guest’s heart be washed by flowing water, without the need to wave farewell and listen to the clear sounds." At the Golden Summit of Mount Emei, they paid homage to the 48-meter-high Puxian Buddha, experiencing the sacredness and grandeur of the majestic Buddhist bronze statue. From the Shesheng Cliff, they enjoyed the beautiful view of the Sichuan West Plain, taking in the splendid scenery where the mountains appear small and the vistas seem boundless. Climbing Mount Emei allowed the mountain streams to wash away the mundane thoughts, offering a serene opportunity to listen to the pure sounds of nature, feeling a sense of release and harmony with the natural flow of the landscape.

In the evening, under the company's coordinated arrangement, we returned to Chengdu city in an orderly manner. The company thoughtfully arranged for the team to check in at the Hilton Hotel. The night view of the new city was captivating and made fatigue seem a distant thought. After a short rest, the team gathered in small groups to stroll through the city at night, toasting and celebrating this joyful moment together!

The enjoyable journey was brief yet brilliant. On the third day, the team seized the opportunity to explore various popular spots in the city. In this metropolis known as the "Land of Abundance," they experienced its leisure, charm, and gentleness. They tasted Sichuan-style盖碗茶 (covered bowl tea), embracing the slow-paced lifestyle of old Chengdu; wandered through Jinli Ancient Street, often referred to as the "Chengdu version of the Qingming Shanghe Map," to experience the Shu-Han culture and the rustic historical ambiance of Qing Dynasty-style architecture and carved walls; relaxed in the antique courtyard of Kuan Zhai Alley, appreciating the "Old Chengdu film, new city living room" essence and the ancient Qing Dynasty street scenes; sampled the unique flavors of Sichuan cuisine at Chunxi Road, renowned for its street food. Here, everyone slowed down to feel the essence of this old city and enjoyed the comfort, tranquility, and serenity it offered.

This team-building trip was designed by ActionAIR to embody the company's culture of "Happy Work, Happy Life," strengthening the bonds between employees and between employees and the company, and helping them truly integrate into this warm family. The three-day journey allowed employees to escape the city's hustle and bustle, return to nature, enjoy natural scenery, and relax from work pressures.
